Refund Policy

Last updated: 15 August 2026

Most refunds are issued automatically by the system and appear in your balance immediately. This page states exactly how much you get back in each situation and where no refund is made.

1. Summary table

All refunds are credited to your account balance and can be used for future jobs.

2. CTR Bot refunds

2.1 Full refund when the target is not found

The system searches for your target domain across the first three Google result pages. If repeated attempts fail to find it on any page, the job stops automatically and the entire amount you paid is refunded to your balance. Your domain click quota is not reduced in this case either.

2.2 Proportional refund for jobs that end early

If the target cannot be reached after the job has started — for example because of a system-side interruption — you are charged only for the clicks actually delivered and the remainder is refunded. Example: you purchased 500 clicks and 300 were delivered; the cost of the remaining 200 returns to your balance.

2.3 Maintenance and restarts

When the system enters maintenance, running jobs are stopped and the undelivered portion is refunded. No minimum charge is applied in this case.

2.4 If you stop the job yourself

If you stop a job manually from the panel, undelivered clicks are refunded. A small minimum charge may be deducted to cover the cost of starting the job.

3. Package difference refund

The CTR Bot is sold in two packages: Standard for targets on page one and Deep Rank for targets on page two or three. You do not lose money if you pick the wrong one:

  • You bought Standard and the target is on page 2 or 3: the job is stopped and the full amount refunded. You are not charged even for the few clicks delivered before detection.
  • You bought Deep Rank and the target is on page 1: the job runs normally and the difference between the two packages is refunded automatically. You end up paying the Standard price.

4. Indexer refunds

The Indexer charge is deducted at submission time. If the submission is rejected by the indexing provider or cannot be delivered because of a technical fault, the full amount is refunded automatically.

Please note: once a submission has been delivered successfully, no refund is made even if Google does not index the address. The scope of the service is delivery to the indexing queue; the indexing decision belongs solely to Google.

5. Link Market

Links purchased through Link Market are non-refundable. The placement activates immediately on purchase with a 30-day term and is published on the publisher sites.

In return, you may change the target URL and anchor text as many times as you like, free of charge, for the whole active period. Entering the wrong target therefore causes no loss — simply edit the record.

Administrative edits, removals or the deactivation of a publisher site do not create a refund entitlement either. If a publisher site cannot be published to for technical reasons, the status is reported in the panel.

6. Concurrent slot

The second concurrent job slot is sold for a fixed period of 24 hours and is non-refundable. The system reverts to a single slot automatically when the period ends. Not using the slot does not create a refund entitlement.

7. Refund of unused balance

Completed top-ups are finalised on the payment provider side and cannot be reversed automatically. You may request a refund of balance you have never used. In that case:

  • The request is limited to the unused amount in your account.
  • The payment provider's transaction fee is deducted from the refund.
  • Campaign bonuses and referral commissions are excluded from refunds.
  • No balance refund is made on accounts closed for prohibited use.

8. Where no refund is made

  • Clicks that were successfully delivered.
  • Indexing submissions already delivered to the provider.
  • Link Market placements and concurrent slot rentals.
  • Your ranking not improving, dropping, or not matching your expectations.
  • Actions taken against your site by a search engine.
  • Jobs completed after you entered the wrong domain or keyword.
  • Accounts closed for breach of the terms of service.

9. Claims and deadlines

You do not need to open a request for the refunds marked automatic on this page; the amount appears in your balance as soon as the job finishes and is shown as a refund entry in your account activity.

If an automatic refund you expected has not appeared, contact live support within 14 days of the transaction date. Quoting the job number speeds up the review. Claims are resolved within 7 business days at the latest.
