2. Why we process it

  • To create your account, manage your session and deliver the service.
  • To verify balance top-ups and calculate job charges.
  • To review refund and support requests.
  • To detect fake account networks, referral abuse and unauthorised access attempts.
  • To meet legal obligations and respond to requests from competent authorities.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Security logs

Sign-in, sign-out, registration and failed login attempts are recorded together with the date, IP address, browser information and country code. These logs exist for account security, abuse detection and legal requests, and are visible only to administrators.

To prevent abuse of the referral programme, shared IP usage between inviting and invited accounts is analysed. This analysis is performed solely to detect fake account networks.

  • Transaction and payment records: retained even after account closure, for accounting and legal obligations.
  • Security logs: for a reasonable period to support abuse investigations.
  • Deleted Link Market records: not physically deleted; kept in a "deleted" state for audit purposes.

6. Security measures

  • All traffic is transmitted encrypted over HTTPS.
  • Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes; plain-text passwords are never kept.
  • Session cookies are signed and cannot be modified on the client side.
  • Form submissions are protected with CSRF tokens.
  • Administration screens are accessible to administrator accounts only.

To protect your account: use a strong, unique password and never share it. If you notice activity you do not recognise, report it through support immediately.

You have the following rights over your personal data:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed and to request information about it.

You can update your email address and contact details yourself at any time from your account settings.
