We collect the minimum data needed to run the service. This page explains what is stored, why, for how long, and what rights you have over it.

We never see or store sensitive payment credentials such as card numbers, bank accounts or wallet keys. Payment details are processed directly by the payment provider.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Sign-in, sign-out, registration and failed login attempts are recorded together with the date, IP address, browser information and country code. These logs exist for account security, abuse detection and legal requests, and are visible only to administrators.
To prevent abuse of the referral programme, shared IP usage between inviting and invited accounts is analysed. This analysis is performed solely to detect fake account networks.
To protect your account: use a strong, unique password and never share it. If you notice activity you do not recognise, report it through support immediately.

You can update your email address and contact details yourself at any time from your account settings.
Send requests relating to these rights through the live support widget in the panel or our Telegram channel. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest. For account security, no information is shared where identity cannot be verified.
